Refund and Returns Policy
At ModernoCase, we are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use our website (modernocase.com) or purchase our products.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Non-returnable items: opened products with broken hygiene seals.

Credit Value: Equal to the paid price of the returned item.

Using Credit:

If your new purchase costs more than the credit (e.g., AED 7,000 item with AED 5,000 credit), pay the difference (AED 2,000).

If your purchase costs less (e.g., AED 3,000 item with AED 5,000 credit), the remaining credit (AED 2,000) stays in your account.

Expiry: Credits are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Pack Securely: Use the original packaging to avoid damage during transit.

Pickup: We’ll arrange a free pickup

Inspection & Credit: After verifying the item’s condition, we’ll issue store credit to your name and phone number.
If an item arrives damaged or defective:

Report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide photos/video as proof.

We’ll arrange a free replacement (no store credit required).
ModernoCase does not offer cash refunds. All eligible returns are issued as store credit.
